#1237 Use NSVCA to identify modules internally

Currently we use NSVC as a key in variant.arch_mmds. This means we can not support including the same module with two different architectures in the same tree.

There is currently no request to support that.

However for future proofing it would be reasonable to be as specific as possible.

Another step of this change should be to update the metadata in productmd to list the full nsvca as well.

Let's close this. Modules are pretty much dead now anyway.
