#1432 IoT compose completing with FINISHED_INCOMPLETE but the rpm-ostree build is failing

The IoT compose from yesterday allegedly finished but the rpm-ostree part failed so the whole compose should have (and used to) failed.

The configuration specifies failable: ["*"] for all architectures in ostree section. That turns on this behavior. Remove the lines from the configuration and the compose will fail as a whole if the task fails.
