#1515 Blocking vs Non-Blocking image failure in the logs

From https://pagure.io/releng/issue/10160, currently traceback.global.log specifies only one failure but a compose might have many release blocking failures, it would be nice if pungi.global.log reports whether the image that failed is release blocking or not. That would help us in parsing the output in updating compose-tracker.
