#173 Add global ksurl setting

There is a lot of duplication in the config file (see here).

It would be nice to have a global config option that would allow us to set the ksurl, target, and maybe others in one place and have it used by all images (with the possibility to override it).

This issue has been migrated to Fedora Forge:
