rewrite repoclosure to dnf
document what it does
document that repoclosure may fail but the compose still successfully finish (partially broken composes are sometimes good enough for testing)

There are a couple differences to yum:

  • rhbz#1416782 dnf repoclosure exits with status code 0 all the time
  • there is no --builddeps options; do we really need it?
