#472 Images for nested variants must use parent install tree

Buildinstall only runs for top-level variants. Addons, optionals and integrated layered products must reuse install tree from their parent, because otherwise there would be no boot.iso.

There is a workaround where you can specify install_tree_from: "Server" in the config for the particular image. However we should still do the right thing by default.
