anaconda has zero support today of being able to choose a ostree to install. in theory this is a good idea, in practice not so much. the ostree support in anaconda is basic and rudimentary at best. There is no UI to show multiple repos.
The issue is about using multiple yum repositories as install tree to pull packages from, not including multiple ostrees. I apologize for unclear description.
