#53 stop creating latest symlink

Pungi creates "latest" symlink for composes.
This is sometimes not desired, for example for test composes.
We should think about following:

  • remove symlinking from Pungi (create symlink in a wrapper that runs Pungi, possibly make a script that creates the symlink)
  • turn symlinks off for test composes (sounds like a hack to me)
  • make an option to turn symlinks on/off

I prefer the first option (I'd like to keep Pungi simple).

Added option for not creating the latest symbol link, symlink is in pungi-koji which is a wrapper script, so it doesn't bring much complexity. The new option has the default value of creating the symbol link, so it can keep compatibility with old behaviour.
