#673 RFE: have pungi learn how to inject ostreesetup line in kickstart files

would be nice to have pungi be able to inject these values into the kickstart file for ostree related projects. Example ostreesetup line here: https://pagure.io/fedora-kickstarts/blob/df48af3278c95be6a2ce78fa3f53607e1ca5bc7b/f/fedora-atomic.ks#_34

There is a related issue in koji#40. There's also pungi#317.

cool - feel free to close as dup (any idea when this might get worked on in koji)?

I'm not sure how high this is on koji priority list. Probably not much.
