#692 RFE: print out warning when config parts are skipped because of missing variants

I had a case (see attached file) where I was trying to build ostrees and images but I left out specifying the Atomic variant, so they were silently skipped. Would be great if we could add a warning when things are skipped for this reason in the config. Something like: 

[BEGIN] ---------- PHASE: OSTREE ----------
[WARN] not running ostree config for xxxx because Atomic variant not created
[DONE ] ---------- PHASE: OSTREE ----------
