For example document these options:

gather_source = 'module'
# PDC settings                                                                  
pdc_url = 'https://pdc.fedoraproject.org/rest_api/v1'                           
pdc_insecure = False                                                            
pdc_develop = True

Also it would be good to document how variants_file works for modularity.
