Pungi currently depends on libguestfs-tools-c to provide guestmount command for mounting ISOs locally. Unlike traditional mount it does not require root permissions.

However this makes it hard to deploy in environments where libguestfs-tools-c is not available. We should make this dependency optional and fall back to mount.
