Take the last known FINISHED_INCOMPLETE rawhide compose, https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org/compose/rawhide/Fedora-Rawhide-20180303.n.0/compose/

Its missing the Container variant, even though image is created in koji
https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=25482545

And the config has Container image settings
https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org/compose/rawhide/Fedora-Rawhide-20180303.n.0/logs/global/config-copy_fedora.conf_2018-03-03_15-55-21.global.log

Commit 11c2af32 fixes this issue
