In #777 we added ostree_ref: support. Ostree supports expanding ${basearch} in the ref string. We thought this would be good enough, but pungi does some other things with the ref (1 2) so it would probably be better if we just substituted the arch in pungi as well before we pass to ostree/rpm-ostree.

Commit 071792bd fixes this issue
