Don't they follow standard patterns?

I'm logging this as a major defect (even though its a minor gripe) because filling in the fields this is part of the core functionality of R2spec no?

This is done if the release of bioconductor is set in the r2spec.conf (at least for the bioc package).

The question is where document it :)

Anywhere on the wiki is better than nowhere ;-)

I have added on the wiki and will add it on the --help and R2spec (without argument) on the next release.
