This says fedcontainer_rc.py but the file is actually just called container_rc.py.

Same here.

Naming oversight on my part, I changed the name in the code because I thought it made sense but didn't change it everywhere. Update incoming along with added fix for reporting Generational Core namespacing for RCs.
