Per https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/EPEL/GuidelinesAndPolicies#Stalled_EPEL_Requests policy I request for access to rpms/perl-Sys-SigAction repository so that I can create and maintain epel8 branch. The Fedora package maintainer seems to be inactive https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1807857.
