    I am unable to create an update in Bodhi from the f35-build-side-43964 tag, because some of the packages have already been included in another update, so I need help merging f35-build-side-43964 into f35

  • If we cannot complete your request, what is the impact?
    The LLVM 13 update will miss the Beta freeze and it will require an exception to get it added to f35.

Try untagging those: koji untag f35-build-side-43964 <nvr>: that should let you create that update.

It looks like clang12-12.0.1-3.fc35 from the side-tag was not tagged into f35.
