For some reason it was re-retired despite passing review (and having changes in the last couple of months). Did I do something to cause this? Either way, I am reopening this

@haircommander it was orphaned probably by some automation. Because there was an issue with the unretirement process. It is not retired so you should be able to take it by the button in src.fp.o. https://pagure.io/fedora-infrastructure/issue/10181

hm, https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/cri-o looks retired to me (unless I'm missing something)
