The nohang package was retired 2 days ago in git:

https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/nohang/c/362d100bb04903e08d191545c228ad76fb6d8b49?branch=rawhide

But it is still not blocked in Koji:

$ koji list-pkgs --show-blocked  --tag f36 --quiet --package nohang
nohang                  f36                                      orphan
