#10372 unblock ghc-OpenGL for f34 and f33

Reopen Issue

This week I unretired the old ghc-OpenGL package.
I built it now for F35 and Rawhide.

However the package is still blocked for F34 (and F33 I assume).

Can you please unblock ghc-OpenGL for f34 and f33?
