uwsgi currently has an epel8 branch, but it's inactive:

I cannot currently push to it:

Please re-activate the branch

Hi, you requested unretirement for F34, F35, rawhide in #10604. There is no mention of epel branches.

The epel8 branch should now be accessible.

I can push to the branch now, but attempting a build still results in

82563329 build (epel8-candidate, /rpms/uwsgi.git:698191926813dd768a1bbab832f5138a7de88342): open (buildvm-ppc64le-20.iad2.fedoraproject.org) -> FAILED: BuildError: package uwsgi is blocked for tag epel8-testing-candidate

Is that supposed to sort itself out?
