The package (python-oauth2client) does have "commit" priv granted to epel-packagers-sig. I am a member of epel-packagers-sig. Twice my request has been rejected "because I'm not a maintainer."

Hi @kkeithle , I have changed the permission to a collaborator on epel* branches as that is the default we use. Let me try to re-open one of your requests and processit.

Ok so to unblock you I have listed you as a collaborator on the epel* branches. And opened a ticket for the tool we use for processing scm requests https://pagure.io/fedscm-admin/issue/81
