Describe the issue
python-css-parser-1.0.7-4.el9 built successfully, but hangs at epel9-signing-pending. It hangs from my point of view, because other, more recent epel9 updates where pushed properly to epel(-testing), but python-css-parser-1.0.7-4.el9 was not. Maybe it's a similar issue like at #10914?
