the python-pytest-relaxed Fedora 37 update stuck at testing -> stable phase.

Yes, we are still in final freeze before the f37 release. :)

Only those updates that fix an accepted blocker or freeze exception are allowed to go stable. You can request one of those if you like at https://qa.fedoraproject.org/blockerbugs/milestone/37/final/buglist and see more information about them at https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/QA:SOP_freeze_exception_bug_process and https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/QA:SOP_blocker_bug_process

Once we have a 'go' for f37, updates headed stable will start populating the updates repo.
