When we branch, we'll need new Bugzilla trackers for Fedora 39 FTBFS and FailsToInstall.
I'd do it myself, but I was asked by @mohanboddu to let releng do it under the releng user.

Please add the F39FTBFS and F39FailsToInstall aliases.
Please move the RAWHIDEFTBFS and RAWHIDEFailsToInstall alias to the F39 bugzillas from the F38 bugzillas.
Please make the bugzillas public, not private.
Please add the FTBFS bug to scripts/massrebuildsinfo.py.

  • When is this no longer needed or useful? (2024/11/17)

  • If we cannot complete your request, what is the impact?

Packagers cannot mark Bugzillas as blocking the appropriate tracker bugs and automation cannot properly report f38 vs. f39 FailsToInsatall problems.
