Yesterday I accidentally ran "fedpkg retire" on the "rawhide" branch instead of the "epel9" branch and didn't notice until I got FTI bug report for dependent packages today.
Please un-retire the "rawhide" branch and un-block the package from the f39 tag in koji. I'm sorry for causing busywork for releng :(

ASAP, there are currently broken packages in rawhide due to this error.
