squashfs-tools-4.6-0.6.20230314git36abab0.fc39 crashes during installer image build, in openQA testing at least: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2178510 . This will likely affect the Fedora-Rawhide-20230315.n.0 compose that's running ATM (I do see a lot of failed tasks already). Untagging the bad squashfs-tools should fix it.
