#11501 Unretire rpms/ant-contrib
Closed: Fixed by humaton. Opened by zzambers.

  • Describe the issue
ant-contrib is no longer available on current fedora, but ant-contrib it is required for building some ant projects. Cause of disappearance from fedora seems to be deprecation/removal one of it's dependencies [1]. But that dependency does not seem critical. It (ant-contrib) can be built without affected tasks (who seem somewhat optional anyway). I was able to do build on latest fedora [2].

  • When do you need this? (YYYY/MM/DD)
Sooner better. I would like to create new package depending on this (jedit).

  • When is this no longer needed or useful? (YYYY/MM/DD)
Useful as long as some projects continue using it.

  • If we cannot complete your request, what is the impact?
Prevents creating packages of projects, which require ant+ant-contrib for build.
