Time for a Fedora 39 Beta candidate compose. This will be an RC as there are no outstanding unaddressed accepted blockers (except the longstanding shim one which we expect to waive). Please include:

Freeze exceptions

Releng commands

Untag all previous builds:

koji list-tagged f39-compose --quiet | awk '{print $1}' | xargs -rt koji untag-pkg f39-compose

and then tag the new builds:

Note: I left python-h5netcdf-1.2.0-1.fc39 and python-pyunicorn-0.7.0~a1-2.20230730gitmaster.fc39 out because we're not convinced they're correct yet, and they're just FTI fixes so they don't actually need to be in the compose.

@humaton I had to revert the release-candidate.sh changes as they were not working right. We will want to re-do them and make sure they are working for future composes.

It's syncing now. Should be finished syncing in a while.

It seems none of the four things listed as overrides in fact made it into the compose at all. Fortunately they were all FEs, but can someone take a look at what went wrong?

Yes, the stupid fedora-beta.conf was not correct. ;(
