Creating a dist-git repository for python-vhacdx via https://pagure.io/releng/fedora-scm-requests/issue/57469 failed partway through; an error 500 was reported in the issue. Now the project exists, but is owned by releng-bot (and there may or may not be other issues) since initialization failed partway through.
python-vhacdx
releng-bot
Please repair the project by finishing its initialization, and investigate whether this is a one-time failure or an ongoing problem.
No concrete date, but let’s say within the next month, by 2023/11/23.
Always useful.
The python-vhacdx package cannot be imported, and therefore python-trimesh cannot be upgraded to version 4.0.0.
python-trimesh
Additionally, if this turns out to be an ongoing problem, other new packages may end up stuck in the same state.

Do we have a guide for this? I found another one https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/python-parameter-expansion-patched as it's starting to report that releng-bot is a packager without bugzilla.
The action to take is to go to the dist-git repository Settings page and click on the Give Project option. Enter the FAS name and click "Give the X project". (I couldn't find an SOP for this) To have the permissions to change the settings I think one has to be in the cvsadmin FAS group.
This should be done now. https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/python-vhacdx
This seems to be a toddlers issue and it's tracked elsewhere so I'm closing this one. https://pagure.io/fedora-infra/toddlers/issue/150
