The toddler crashed while creating rpms/rust-async_zip:

Not sure what other steps were not done as a result, but the package owner, bugzilla assignee, and monitoring settings are wrong.

A broken dist-git repo and blocked work.

The repo seems to be created, I gave the ownership to you and changed the monitoring settings.

According to the toddler code only thing that should be missing is changing the Bugzilla ticket state to POST.
