    libHX is a stalled EPEL package.
    Per the EPEL stalled package policy - https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/epel/epel-policy/#stalled_epel_requests - I have contacted the maintainer, twice, and waited the appropriate amount of time.

    I am requesting my FAS ID 'aflyhorse' be given commit permissions so that I might branch and build this package in epel9.

  • Other Info
    The current maintainer only gave me 'collaborator' privilege, and it is not sufficient to request new branches. Tried 'fedpkg request-branch --repo libHX epel9' and failed twice.
    It has blocked my package 'pam-mount' for years.
