#12174 PDC product_versions still says F38 is active release

PDC's product_versions endpoint still claims that F38 is an active release.
Bit annoying since fbrnch and a few other tools use this endpoint to determine the current active releases.

  • When is this no longer needed or useful?

After PDC is decommissioned

  • If we cannot complete your request, what is the impact?

PDC giving the wrong information about F38...
