Describe the issue shadow-utils-4.15.1-8.fc41 , built as part of the mass rebuild, has the change from shadow-utils-4.15.1-6.fc41 which breaks chpasswd (and probably other stuff): https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2024-8394646791#comment-3542306 . Because it was done as part of the mass rebuild it skipped testing and went direct to stable, and is now causing tests to fail. Please untag it.
When do you need this? (YYYY/MM/DD) ASAP
When is this no longer needed or useful? (YYYY/MM/DD) When shadow-utils is otherwise fixed
If we cannot complete your request, what is the impact? All openQA tests that try to log in as root using a password set via chpasswd (which is several of them) will fail.
This is done!

Please let me know if there anything else!
