• Describe the issue
  I am proposing to stop building Flatpaks for ppc64le in conjunction with the change to stop building Atomic Desktops thereon. WRT releng, this will entail removing ppc64le from f42 flatpak koji tags, and from being created in future tags by modifying FLATPAK_ARCHES in https://pagure.io/releng/blob/main/f/scripts/branching/make-koji-release-tags#_22 . I have the permissions to do the former, and can provide a PR to do the latter, which will need to be reviewed and merged.

Please review this change, and let me know if there are any additional concerns with or steps needed to implement this change.
