Failed scratch build: https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=128373196
That message indicates that koji-flatpak is still loading FMT 1.0.2 (or earlier) which does not recognize extension flatpaks.
Since the traceback shows Python 3.13, I'm guessing (at least this if not all) builders are on F41, for which this build is the fix: https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=2645916
I have no idea how to go about that, so I'll need some guidance and possibly assistance to do so. I'm willing to test on stage first if desired, but again I'll need assistance with that.
When do you need this? (YYYY/MM/DD) F42 Beta freeze, but preferably earlier
If we cannot complete your request, what is the impact? Numerous improvements to the Fedora flatpak ecosystem which require FMT 1.1 will be further delayed.

Note that the build you pointed to is still in updates-testing ... can you help it get to updates?
We have a mass update/reboot outage wed... is that soon enough? Or did you need it sooner?
Also, I guess this doesn't need a kojid restart? it's just used in the build later?
Wednesday is fine.
It turns out that koji-flatpak also needs an update: https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2025-b484eef119
I'll try to get that reviewed and pushed to stable in time, but that might change the answer to your last question.
Both packages have been pushed to stable (f41-updates).
The packages were updated on the builders as part of today's updates, and while initial testing showed the need for an additional fix to FMT for koji builds, doing so in the buildroot is enough, and a subsequent attempt was successful:

Karma for FMT 1.1.1 would also be appreciated at https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2025-fa2246d9ff but the override will suffice for now.
Great. I was going to circle back to this and see how it looked.
I guess we can close this now?
