Analysis by @music:

Vít Ondruch: It is because the update is still pending, https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2025-505071fbcf, and that in turn is because the build https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=2649836 is still tagged f42-signing-pending, which means something is up with package signing.

The necessary component (robosignatory, I think) gets restarted hourly now, which usually unclogs any issues eventually without manual intervention, but since it has been a couple of hours, this could be a case where someone needs to do something.

Yeah, this was due to us resigning for branching next week and hit the 8 ghc packages that cause it to stall for 1 hour. ;(

I bypassed those for now, so it should be back on track.
