If we cannot complete your request, what is the impact? This package is a requirement for FreeIPA webUI tests
This issue happens each time rawhide branches, see for instance https://pagure.io/releng/issue/12275
I did a new openh264-2.5.0-1.fc43 build for this - would be good if releng could send it to Cisco now that we've branched.
