#12689 Missing ostree stable ref for Kinoite 42 on aarch64

The stable ostree ref for Kinoite 42 for aarch64 is not available. I don't know what went wrong as all the other ones are here.

We use the script in releng/scripts/update_ostree_refs.sh

It looks like it should have done the right thing, so I am not sure what could have happend.

@jnsamyak did you see any errors from this?

Looks like it's updated on the compose side, but not the release side? weird.

I've fixed it manually for now, can you confirm?

@kevin I can confirm that 42 indeed shows now

Edit: I was able to successfully rebase Kinoite on aarch64 to 42
