Reopen Issue

When I tried to push to ghc's epel10.0 branch,
git told me the branch is locked:

git push origin 291106a34bc6ae963459c533e824a697c6b306f0:epel10.0 failed with
remote: Unspecified ref refs/heads/epel10.0 is blocked        
remote: Denied push for ref 'refs/heads/epel10.0' for user 'petersen'        
remote: All changes have been rejected

(Maybe because it was unbuilt at branching time?)

Anyway could you please unlock it for me?

@petersen, I see you are the main admin, and all the branches are active - does it happening for epel10.0 branch only?

I checked, and there is no block on push also so need to debug more
