The way we usually handle these is that we give the epel-packagers-sig group collaborator access to epel* branches in dist-git. I have done so. Is this enough for your needs?

Please don't add epel-packagers-sig to packages, the EPEL Steering Committee voted to deprecate that group.

Also Petr isn't in that group, so it doesn't help anyways.

I've adjusted this to remove epel-packagers-sig, give @ppisar collaborator access and set him as the default EPEL bugzilla assignee.
