    Please unretire the package python-filetype for Fedora 43 and Fedora 44.

I have taken over maintainership of the package in src.fedoraproject.org.
The package is still required because python-mediafile (dependency of beets) now needs python3-filetype >= 1.2.

Once the branches are unretired, I will rebuild and submit Bodhi updates for F43 and F44.
