I retired some packages today - some retirements were processed as expected (rust-tuikit), but others were not:

rust-gstreamer-sys0.23
rust-gstreamer-audio0.23
rust-gstreamer-audio-sys0.23
rust-gstreamer-base0.23
rust-gstreamer-base-sys0.23
rust-gstreamer-pbutils0.23
rust-gstreamer-pbutils-sys0.23
rust-gstreamer-video0.23
rust-gstreamer-video-sys0.23

I pushed retirement commits to all these packages to rawhide and f43, but they're blocked in neither f44 nor f43 in koji.

Thanks for taking a look! It seems that rust-gstreamer*0.23* packages then just took much longer to get processed and blocked in koji than other packages (which were "instant"). Strange. But it looks ok now!
