Please orphan php-zipstream (http://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/php-zipstream). @bogomil who is not a member of the packager group is the package's owner and only maintainer. I'm not sure how this happened (dist-git prevents non-packagers from being added to rpms/* and the non-responsive process is supposed to automatically orphan these packages), but I believe the correct course of action is to orphan the package, as the package's sole maintainer cannot push to distgit or submit builds.
