Can we run the release script for the Fedora container base image for F29, F30 and F31

@cverna Two issues, not major:

  1. quay.io token seems to be expired or something

    FATA[0001] Error writing blob: Error initiating layer upload to /v2/fedora/fedora/blobs/uploads/ in quay.io: unauthorized: access to the requested resource is not authorized

  2. F29 has all the arch images, but F30 and F31 missed some. Builds used for

I think I fixed the error with Quay.io, let's wait for next time we push the image to see if that's fixed or not.

I ll have a look at the pungi config to make sure the compose fails for primary arches.
