Can we please have a candidate compose for Fedora 30 Beta?

We have several special requests, as not all blocker/FE-fixing updates are yet stable. Please include (and note the lorax build must be used to create the compose):

Thanks. Note that as of right now, this will not be considered an 'RC' as #1683197 is not fixed; however, if that gets reconsidered as a blocker, this compose could count as an RC.
