    FEDORA-EPEL-2019-4523f59ce0 has been stuck in 'pending' for some time now.

  • If we cannot complete your request, what is the impact?
    25 packages will not be introduced into EPEL 7.

I tried editing the update and adding a new build, but I can't seem to get the update to move to "testing". It was initially create 11 days ago, and was last edited 5 days ago.

@cottsay It was because python-colcon-pkg-config-0.1.0-2.el7 build got stuck in signing. I fixed it manually and did a epel7 testing push manually and verified that your update is in that push.
