Are the builds tagged? I've tagged them into epel7-pending, but I'm not sure if that's enough on epel.

@churchyard I tagged them, but they should not be tagged to epel7-pending. It should be tagged to epel7-singing-pending and then move the build from epel8-testing-pending to epel7 as signing will tag the build to epel7-testing-pending.
