I built perl-IO-Compress-Lzma 2.087 on Tuesday morning:

However, it remains tagged into f31-updates-candidate and hasn't made it into f31 or f32, which still have the old 2.086 version from the f31 mass rebuild:

I'm not sure how it got into this state as the build looks to have been done before the package was branched.
